I don't think there was - but if there was the slightest shred of doubt in my mind that I am a runner, there isn't anymore!

Since Saturday I have logged somewhere between 13 and 14 miles running.  4 Saturday @ hotel treadmill, 3.8 Sunday outside, somewhere over 1 yesterday @ home treadmill (got interrupted), and around 4.5 tonight on home treadmill.  (Some of you are aware my home machine electronics don't function, so I can only measure time, not distance.  But, I am pretty confident with my pace being around 13.5 minutes/mile, no less, so I can do the math within reason.)

Woo hoo!  And, with 61 minutes straight tonight, I have a new PR for length of time spent running without a break.  (by a minute, haha)

Not to mention I logged a good 2+ miles besides that in warm up and cool down walking, so that's 15-16 miles total in a 5 day period.  :)

wow!!!  way to go!!!!  It's kind of exciting isn't it?!  Even as a newbie myself, I find myself looking forward to going out again!!!  Keep it up!  And you know this must be good for us.
sweeeeeet! I can't wait until I can get up to that kind of mileage-my best so far is only three miles at about 5.4mph.

*gets the dr scholls footbath ready for jenn*
Thanks all!  My feet feel pretty good choco, not sure how my knees will be in the morning though.  :)  And there's no 'only' about 3 miles at that speed!!

pbair - heck yeah it's good for us!  According to my heart rate monitor I burned 848 calories tonight!

kpearson - I started keeping track on 5/31.  That day my best was 8 minutes without stopping.  I've come a long way since then, that's for sure!
