Check out this article. It says about 420 calories, 25 g of fat
By the time I get to work, they will all be gone!
Plenty of order for them, but the day baker gets to make them all!
well as far as im concerned, its fat tuesday, and its traditionally a day of parting and happieness before lent, so if you went a little off track thats no issue, just try harder tommrow or during lent, its never the end of the world.
Wait, wait, wait. Unless I'm wrong - these are round donuts filled with a lemon creme right?

Well a jelly-filled donut from Dunkin donuts is only 210 calories. I don't see how it could be 420 unless it's a lot bigger than a regular donut.

I just ate one. I figure if I count the calories and stay in my limit - what's the harm?
For the first time in many years, my husband is no longer crossing the border for work, so I'm not going to get my paczki. :(

I will, however, be making pancakes for dinner tonight. ^_^
Whew, not as bad as I thought - I'll just log it and let it GO!
Cheers to all.
