Yes! I am so pleased: A-
OK, so after 3 or 4 days of overeating and under exercising, of putting on those .2s of pounds that I had lost over and over, of crying because I was so unhappy with myself and just wanted to binge...
I had my first EVER A- day today! It sounds so rubbish I suppose, but I am SO pleased because I felt (especially after the last few days) like I'm back on the right track today, and this just supports that even more! I feel healthy, therefore I feel happy.
Sorry for babbbbbling. I'm just h a p p y h a p p y HAPPY!
ps. having banana on my bran flakes at breakfast is great - start the day off right and you're more likely to finish it off right (at least if you're me...)
pps. that sounds like a kind of tip but it's just me enjoying banana for breakfast, although, take it as a tip if you like...
I AM SO TIRED. need sleep. Goodnight!! (or good whatever it is to you over in America!)

Congrats on your A- day. That's great. I'm sure it's highly motivational. Keep up the good work. Get some sleep and try for another A- day.
ahhhh, the search for those elusive A's ....well done!
Here's a hint that's almost a cheat - drink tons of coffee! Coffee is rated A and I think they weigh the food by weight, not calories or anything, and of course coffee is bulky.
I always get As and I'm sure it's the coffee. The milk I have with it helps too.

Hey girl, good job! Getting A's on this site seems impossible for me unless I only eat veggies!! Well lately I've been getting B+'s on here (this doesn't have anything to do with anything but at my college, we don't have "A-'s" or "B+'s", instead there is a "B A", and I never know to take it as an A- or B+!!). Ok anyway! I hope you slept well. flamel, good tip! Oh well if it's cheating haha.
I have only got an A once in doing this a week. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
I drink no calorie drinks, mostly water. Maybe I should put that in there. My hubby gets A's all the time and he eats junk. I am eating way healthier than he is. He puts his Coke zero in there.
I'm going to add my water and green tea and see if it changes anything.

Okay, green tea and water didn't do jack.
I did notice that watermelon had an A-, so I am picking more of that up at the market tomorrow.

Don't know how but I manage to get A/a-'s nearly every day and thats with including alcohol 4-5 times a week. Maybe this site doen't count alcohol as bad. Here's today's example;
