Yippee for me!

Ok, so I had to share my evening with someone, and by process of elimination, you all won!  (lucky you huh? LOL)  Anyway, here it goes...

I have worked for the same company for 3 years.  I was the receptionist, but starting the middle of May, I started working for one specific advisor as an administrative assistant.  This meant that instead of being at the desk from 8:30-5 monday-friday, I get to work from home most of the time and only go in for a few hours a couple days a week.  It's a totaly sweet job that I lucked into.  Anyway, tonight was our end of year party.  Several of the people (even some of the guys) were commenting on how great I look and how much I've lost since i 'left'.  I've lost about 28lbs in the last 5-6 months.

It was just so great to have so many people tell me what a great job I'm doing and have people tell me how hot I'm looking!   It's been a long time since I've really thought I looked good, and I've never really thought of myself as hot... but who knows!  I'm just on such a high right now.  It's like people are finally noticing and commenting on how good I'm doing.  And for it to be people that I value what they think.... totaly rocks!

Anyway, since hubby's at work tonight, and none of my friends are online, you all got to hear my little woohoo rant!  Thanks for listening!
