Yoghurt coated snacks...

Quote  |  Reply

I absolutely LOVE eating yoghurt coated banana chips, pineapple etc etc, particularly as I gave up chocolate, biscuits and cake for Lent. My question is if anyone knows the calorie value for yoghurt coated honeycomb pieces?? My local shop sells them in 100g bags, and there is no nutrition label on it at all. I know that yoghurt coated banana chips are roughly 400cals per 100g but I have no idea how many calories are in honeycomb, and don't want to be eating something that is very high in cals! I have searched the website as well as the internet and can't find anything!

I'm hoping someone will have some kind of useful information for me!! Thanks!

honeycombs are 120 calories for 1 and a half cups, so the calories probably come more from the yogurt than the honeycombs themselves. I doubt it's very high in calories considering the lack of calories in honeycombs, but it sounds delicious so enjoy it =]

Thank you so much for your reply! That's a great help to me, I can now work out how much I am eating! You're right, they are delicious, they taste like Cadbury's crunchie's but without the guilt :-p

Thank you!
