Yogurt

Quote  |  Reply

If you put a little cup of nonfat fruit yogurt into the fridge overnight, it comes out as a nice low-cal frozen treat that can curb your sugar crave. :) Sometimes I can pick at it for up to 45 minutes because it comes out pretty hard, and it's a lot healthier than ice cream. Sorry if this topic is short, I just wanted to share this. Do you have any other nice yogurt recipes?

And here I thought I was the only one who like frozen yogurt--literally. I like to have Dannon Light and Fit vanilla yogurt and mix it with 1/4 cup of Cranberry Crunch Total.

I second mixing yogurt with cereal. I love Dannon light and fit with Grape nuts!

Adding a cup of frozen blueberries to yogurt is delicious as well!

that is exactly what I was going to say. I take a cup or so of unsweetend non fat yoghurt and put it in a container with up to a cup of frozen bluberries and take it to work with me. By lunch time the berries have softened and the yoghurt has partly frozen and the whole thing is like yummy soft icecream. Blackberries work too.

This sounds totally weird, but yogurt with COCOA POWDER is AMAZING :)

Add a little sugar or splenda...and it's like eating chocolate pudding...and chocolate has healthy anti-oxidants and your increases serotonin levels!

A healthier version of pudding!! YUM

How much cocoa powder do you put in a 6oz container??

I love Dannon Activia but they are kind of small, I find myself being hungry soon...I love food, unless I am away from my desk, I think of food. So, I get Trader Joe's non-fat yogurt (greek-style) then cut up fresh juicy fruits; such as mango, banana, blueberry, peach, or an asian pear..

...I would blend some and the rest I throw in just because I love to bite into the chucks.

Haha! When I was a kid we were very poor and this was often our lunch. Except my mom would pour yogurt into Popsicle trays, freeze'em with sticks inserted and serve them to us like a popsicle.

i like mixing yogurt and applesauce.
