Hey guys, I found a new yogurt that I really like. Its Stoneyfield Farms Yobaby yogurt. If you don't like artificial sweetners but want something that is low in sugar you should try it. The blueberry flavor only has 12 grams on sugar and its 110 calories for a container of it. Not bad for something that has real sugar and is made with whole milk.

is this available in the uk?
I'm not sure if its available in the UK. I just saw it in US stores. Look at the organic yogurts in the UK and you might find something similar.
a great yoghurt in the uk - is rachaels organic coconut, i got mine from tesco. its not low fat- its 159 calories for 100 grams, but it is amazing, and like a real treat, so i have that on a nighttime.
