I have found a delicious brand of yogurt, it's "yoplait source" made with splenda and I think its fairly new, but it only has 35 calories per 100g container :) I love taht ,I also like "dairyland shape" yogurt, at 50 calories, but for 35 I was so happy! just wanted to let you all know :)

Wow....35 cal? Where on Earth did you find that?! -wants some-
i "soooo" wish i could eat that as i love yogurt!...but anything like splenda, aspertame.....give me a horrific headache!...i've found DanActive...it's a probiotic drink that's extremely healthy and only 90 calories...just in case there are others out there like me...
I wish I could eat yogurt too! I love it and ate it for a couple months for breakfast, but it gives me, uh, intestinal problems :|
perhaps you're lactose intolerant....i am but i can tolerate the probiotic drinks and even yogurt...i only drink one DanActive a day though. "usually" even those of some of us whom are lactose intolerant can at least tolerate yogurts....do you consume other dairy products?...just a thought.
No, nothing other than half and half in my coffee, and cheese, but cheese has very little lactose, so its possible I am intolerant. I can't drink milk at all, not becasue it makes me feel bad, it just grosses me out. I wonder if its the cultures in yogurt too? I have thought about the danactive drinks becasue they'd be a quick meal or snack in the morning, but....well you know. Thanks!
I live in Canada (Calgary) so I found it at the Sobeys near my house! I was shocked as well.
Cool beans and all, but unless they make a Whips version of it, I'm going to have to stay away. I love and adore yoghurt, but I'm hooked on the Whips kind right now.
That 35 calories is for the plain (no fruit) yogurt! I eat Danone Silhouette that only has 50 calories / 100g and that includes TONS of fruit! i'ts delic!
~H~
I've been eating Blue Bunny's low-carb (3g), probiotic yogurt in vanilla with my daily cinnamon, or in raspberry with frozen mixed berries in a smoothie. Yum! 90 cals, but low sugar/carbs.
btw yoplait source isn't very new, but they started advertising a lottt more and yeah alal the flavours are 35 calories but he BEST part is the massive 650g tubs of the dessert flavoured yogurts are 230 calories so lightly frozen make the PERFECT everyday dessert :)
I don't suppose they have this in England do they?? It sounds awesome.
