plain, fruit, flavoured or whatty????

Plain - onkan stirred yogurt, o,1% fat. Saisburys be good to yourself yogurt, plain.

Fruit - Onkan fruit pots, muller lights, saisburys be good to yourself yogurts..
The best are Total greek Yogurt, they have few carbs and lots of proteins. They sell them plain in the UK (tesco, waitrose...) but you can add fresh fruits, and it is delicious.
They have 0%, 2% or full fat.
The 0% has 13.5g of protein, and only 6g of carbs for 78 cal per pot (150g)...who can beat that!?
thanks for that
If you're low on the £, I recommend LIDL proviact yoghurt, especially if you're not so keen on the taste yet. It's vanilla flavoured and has some crazy healthy digestion bacteria in, and delicious at 150 kcal per pack.

If instead you're loaded, stock up on Rachel's organic. They have a really nice 0% fat range!
I really enjoy the Weight Watchers ones! The dessert ones are yummy and only like 60 calories I believe. The layered fromage frais are also good and only 53 calories! I am sure they are high on sugar so if you are watching that then these would not be the best choice. But if you just want to get used to the taste and wanted low cal options these are great!
Just wanted to add, although I doubt this applies...(for future reference of whoever looks though)...if you're a vegetarian, you should watch out for gelatine in diet yoghurts because they use it to keep the fat content down. It's definitely in Müller Light and Weight Watchers desserts. *grumbles*
When I lived in the UK I was a big fan of Onken biopots...though, Total greek yogurt is awesome as well (but watch out for the ones with honey on the side - those are something like 250cals ea!).
Geoff

I find that M&S do a nice fruity and cream "because you count" range. Generally around 70cals a pot.

Shape extra fruit ones are nice too :)
mullerlights are great.all flavours are very low in cals but ones like vanilla are delicious on things like babana or strawberries.
LOVE THEM
