Morning. In and out today. This morning is the morning of meetings.

In other news: I'm celebrating this morning.

Celebrating what?

Evicted the tenants from my rental house, they moved out yesterday. Finally.

Story?

I don't even know where to start. Dogs in a no pet house? Loud parties every week? Cars parked on the lawn? Or maybe it was the **** grow-op they had in the basement?

Lovely.

College Students or just losers?

Always had the rent money though, albeit in small bills.

Will you need to go in and.. er.. clean up after them so you can rerent the house?

It's already rented, we've had to find a temp place for the new renters (family) while we replace the carpets, fix drywall and repaint. At least the kitchen is okay, just needs cleaning so no major renos needed, will take about a week.

Well that's good news. Hopefully the next renters aren't as annoying.

Basement was a separate suite but had been rented to the same people. they were kicked out of it about three months ago so the major mold/water damage has already been fixed and that unit rented out again.

New renters are my sister and her family and a college friend has taken the basement suite. Can be as annoying as all get out but in a much different way:-D Oh, and no felony drug trafficking risk.

Wow, Turtles! Glad you were able to get rid of the evil tenants! No one should have to deal with that!

Finally, w*rk decided to upgrade IE but for some reason, every time I make a new tab, it takes FOREVER to upload, even if it's just the google search page. Eh, trade-off to not having so many windows at once, hmm?

Edit:  I do like the new "In Private" browsing feature on IE.  Makes w!rk browsing a bit more convenient.  ;)
