hey recently I wouldn't say I've been "binging" but just eating a bunch of crap for dessert each night and sometimes find it hard to stop.
It feels gross because its always at night, and its always something like ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate or peanut butter, sometimes with a combination.
Its when im making my lunch for the next day, and I'm not sure how to just walk away from it, unless someone comes into the kitchen. However, for some reason i like to make my lunch with no one else in the kitchen, no reason its just a pet peeve of mine to have people there.
Is there a way to prevent these from happening? I sure would like to know if so.
Also, I'm kinda a loner on tis site. Is there any other 15 year olds here (seriously) to chat with?

Hey, I'm sorry to hear that you've been "bingeing". I do the same thing though. When people aren't around I go for food. Usually things like chips, ice cream and snack bars. I can't put it down or walk away no matter how much I want to. I feel awful all the time and I can't stop it.

You need to give yourself permission to eat dessert... then you won't be 'sneak eating' and you won't have to feel bad about it. There's nothing wrong with eating a reasonable helping of dessert every single night of the week - you don't need to try and hide it by doing it when no-one else is around. Dish your dessert up into a SMALL but nice bowl and then go and sit down and enjoy it. The reason I say this is that my mother didn't approve of dessert, but I have a sweet tooth - so I'd help myself when she wasn't looking and if she saw it then she'd say something about my eating icecream AGAIN and I'd feel like I was doing something really bad when in all honesty, I wasn't! If you really enjoy what you're eating, then it's okay - just make sure that you take account of it and don't try to fool yourself about how much you're having.

Hmm...I guess you could just try removing these foods from your house...then they would just not be there to tempt you.
Or have loads of fruit.
Actually when i'm making lunch for the next day i tend to be drinking green tea(wild i know :P) and it really takes the craving for any late night food away
Heyy, i'm fifteen and we're kind of in the same boat with this problem.
Sometimes I just feel like I can't stop eating when no one's around. Basically, my parents really disapprove of me eating junk, so the worst food I can get my hands on in my house is peanut butter and chocolate chips. When they're not around I tend to eat them and just can't stop! What I've been doing now, is that I do allow myself to have a little something everyday before I go to sleep, whether its just cottage cheese or sugar free pudding with cool whip, or low-fat ice cream, so I can resist my cravings for junk. Occasionally, I do let myself have chocolate or peanut butter as a treat and I take my time to enjoy it. Its okay to have a treat once in a while!
