young calorie counters i need help

so today i new i was going to have lunch with my boyfriend.. when we got to the cafe the only healthy thing was a turkey wrap with tomatoes lettuce mozzarella and cheddar, the wrap was a tomato wrap, i asked for whole wheat and they did not have, there were only a few pieces of turkey but the whole wrap had a thin layer of melted cheese, how many calories should i count it as just to be safe? help please!

According to CC, the turkey wrap from Ruby Tuesdays is 255 calories. You could probably just add that to your log. It might not be the same, but honestly, being a hundred calories or so off won't mean anything in the long run. Just relax, enjoy the fact that you had a nice lunch with your boyfriend, and get back on track with counting tomorrow =]

Edit: According to your groups on your profile, you're recovering/recovered from anorexia. It's a little concerning that you're so frantic over knowing the exact calorie content of one lunch. Be careful, okay? <3
