Quote  |  Reply

Calling all *Young Calorie Counters*!

Post here to find a weight loss buddy, twin, or just a friend.

WHAT DO I DO FIRST?

Post your current stats, goals, and anything else that may help you find someone similar to you. Please do not put your IM or email in your post. This information belongs in your profile.

WHAT DO I DO AFTER I POST ABOUT MYSELF?

Once you have posted about yourself, be sure to scroll through the previous pages and find someone that you would like to connect with.

HOW DO I CONNECT WITH OTHER YCCers?

You can either send them a message, reply to their post, or post in their journal if they have one. If there are other members that are like you, you can always create a group (a new thread with your group name) and chat away.

ARE THERE ANY RULES OR REGULATIONS?

All posts must be within the Posting Guidelines (which can be found at the bottom of each page when you are replying). Please do not post any unhealthy goals or posts looking for others that may have an eating disorder to buddy with. This is not allowed and these posts will be deleted.

rhia_lia, I don't mean to be some sort of motherly pain in the booty, but your BMI is already DANGEROUSLY low. you must already be very thin at an 18.4 bmi, if you to 95 you will be at a 16, close to skeletal. you could try healthily maintaining and gaining weight. Wouldn't want to see you in some sort of eating disorder clinic. try posting in the maintaining or weight gain forums. I'm not saying go stuff your face with fries and a burger, but maybe try gaining muscle or strength and eat more protein if you don't just want to gain. if your'e eating less than 1200 calories a day, you should seek some help.

please don't think i'm trying to hate on somebody whow is one of the minorities in this country of obesity, but I've seen people hurt themselves losing too much weight and it's not pretty to see happen to someone.
