I am an 18 year old male at close to
145 pounds and about
5'11".

So obviously I am quite thin. Basically what I'm aiming to do is replace any "flab" on my body with lean muscle. I've been doing modeling recently and I'd love to be able to flaunt some lean muscle.

I started at about 155 lbs. I've been through a lot of less-than-1000-calorie-a-day weeks before joining here and learning about how bad that is. Hopefully my metabolism isn't completely shot. I binge sometimes; my vices are pizza and peanut butter (not together).

Anyway, that's that!

Hi!  I'm Andrea

I joined the Navy at a smooth 140lbs 4 years ago.  Here are my stats today:

i'm 21

185lb, 5'7"

my goal weight right now is 160, and once i get there i will decide if i need to lose more.  before i joined the navy i was really skinny for my build.  I know 140 doesn't sound skinny, but I am the epitome of big-boned, i've got bigger wrists and forearms than my husband lol!  looking back at pictures fromthen, i decided i didn't want to look like that again, my collar bones and shoulders protruded- it was gross :)

Anyone out there in a similar situation??

I really want to start exercising because I have none now. I just have no motivation to start. I guess I'm just looking for someone to help motivate me and maybe help them too somehow =)

But I don't know what to do - I have a lot of friends (I can say that I'm party guy+ far from social drinking)). I'm trying to figure out what to do: to leave my friends for 3 month or something else - I will be thankful for advise.

I plan to gain weight till August. And not fat - pure muscle, I'm gonna exercise 3 times a week. Good luck u guys - I wish u all will reach your goal!!!

Weight: Started 135, I'm now 128 and fluctuating 1 or 2 pounds everyday.

Goal: 115ish. Numbers don't matter really I just want to be trimmed and look damn good in a bathing suit. And that could be easily fixed with a tan but I'm of the Irish variety so hardcore tans = skin cancer.

I'm vegetarian!
It's summer and I don't have a job!
I hate "exercizing" but I love activity... and yoga.. I LOVE yoga..

Is there anyone here who wouldn't mind trading measurements with me?
