HOW DO I CONNECT WITH OTHER YCCers?

You can either send them a message, reply to their post, or post in their journal if they have one. If there are other members that are like you, you can always create a group (a new thread with your group name) and chat away.

ARE THERE ANY RULES OR REGULATIONS?

Goal: 145 by the end of August, overall down to 135 or 130.

Okay, so I am needing some support in getting in shape and doing it the healthy way.  I have been battling the weight demons for some time now.  I have always LOVED food.  I love fast food, pizza, pasta, ice cream, cake, cookies, chocolate, chips, basically anything bad for you.  I have never been a "skinny girl".   I've always ben bigger.  Last year I weighed somewhere between 135 and 140.  I decided to get in shape.  Started working out everyday and eating healthy, then I started binge eating...I'd eat whatever was in sight and then over exercise to compensate or eat nothing the next day.  I also got addicted to laxatives.  I moved in October, weighing probably about 135.  I stopped caring about working out and started eating crappy all the time.  Well, about 3 months ago I decided to get in shape again.  I went on a 1200 calorie a day diet and worked out everyday (still taking laxatives and diuretics and diet pills) and lost alot of weight... I got down to 116.  Well, recently I went on vacation and splurged...ate whatever I wanted and didnt work out.  When I got home I was up to 126!  So now, I want to start over fresh.  I want to start a healthy diet and stop taking diet pills and laxatives. 

Basically, I want to find some inspiration on here.  I'd like to get support in losing weight the healthy way.  Send me a message if you are interested in being my healthy buddy!

I love food, but my eating habits are not shockingly terrible or anything. I like to work out pretty often but take it pretty easy with jogging and walking (I walk pretty much everywhere since I don't drive O_o) Sooo feel free to give me a holler. :] We don't have to be exact twins or anything. :]

Hey, I'm nearly 17 and my boyfriend keeps telling me I look fine and I don't need to loose weight. I can' ttake it anymore. I am disgusting! Lol.

I just need someone else who is going through this sorta thing to help me. None of my friends seems to want to help because they're happy being big- but I want to be different! I do take care of my appearence and everything, I like to look good, but it's hard thinking you look good when you think you're disgusting.
