I was at 117 last summer and had lost all the weight. Now I gained ten pounds back and have hit a plateau unfortunately..I doubt it's healthy or even if it's possible to lose all ten pounds by the time school starts in September, but hopefully I can manage for at least 5 or 6.

I just graduated college and am ready to face this transition stage head on!! There's been a lot of emotional stress - thus a roll-a-coaster of eating habits. I just want to feel comfortable in the skin I'm in, for me and no one else. I constantly break my diet, and it's mentally frustrating. I'd say my diet is basically going on a diet, then breaking it a few days later, then going on a diet again. I'm sure it's bad for my body, and I know it's bad for my mental health. I don't want to view food with such anxiety. I want to eat what I wish, with portion control, and calorie awareness.

Freshman year I started building a healthier me, and drop 30lbs flying solo. I want to keep on that track and healthfully lose weight. When I graduate, I want to hit the ground running! And for me, the first step is a healthy mind and body. I'm also a vegetarian, if that matters :)

I'm starting to become a pretty avid cycler and runner, but I'm not getting the weight loss results that I should be, due to too much emotional/bored eating. I'm hoping that counting cals will keep me on track! Also, looking to ease into vegetarianism in the near future, although I am slightly anemic, which is why I gave it up in the past. A veggie buddy would be nice! :)

I lost 20lbs in 2 months without really trying. I've really gotten into walking. I walk about 3-5 miles everyday and I watch my calories since I lost the weight. I figure, since I lost it with no hassle, the LEAST I could do is maintain it. I'm a sucker for fast food and snacks (emotional eater here) and have been trying to watch it by replacing what I love with healthier choices that I might like (although, i don't always deprive myself). I'd love to find someone to buddy up with through this weight loss and lifestyle change!!
