I'm doing this more for my parents than me. They are constantly badgering me to lose weight, (esp. in the thigh area), so here I am.

I've always been quite chubby and finally hit my highest weight (145lbs) after my first year of college (go fig!). It's taken me this long (about 2 years) to actually maintain my current weight (135lbs) thanks to Weight Watchers and just keeping track of what I put in my mouth and listening to my body.
I wanted to try something different this time, though, as WW can get quite old after a while. I want to finally feel good about myself. I'm SO sick of feeling "ugly" and "fat". I want nothing more than to be happy with myself.

More importantly I want to be toned and trim. I'm not horribly fixated on what the scale reads, I just want to like what I see in the mirror. I just know that losing some weight will help me get that sexy stomach...and not the buddha belly I've got!

my doctor says i should be 160, but i really aim to get to around 145ish.
i slack off a lot when it comes to working out, so i need someone who can help motivate me and encourage me to lose the weight. it's so much harder without someone helping you along the way :/
