Hola!

Age: 19

Height: 5'3

Weight: 165-170 (I honestly don't know since I have been in college. I don't own a scale...I am too cheap lol)

Goal Weight: Around 135-140

This summer I wasn't working or doing much so I decided to start getting healthy. I was losing 2-3 pounds a week just eating smaller, more frequent meals and working out daily (focusing on varied intensity workouts)

I downloaded this FANTASTIC e-book by Mike Geary called "Truth About Abs". Its advertised all over the internet, and seems like a cheap scam, but it was so worth it. This guy wasn't talking about cutting food groups, but about eating MORE food-- just more of what the body needs, and even having 1 day a week devoted to eating 500 extra calories (in order to prevent the body from thinking its starved)!

I am really into good health habits, but I don't make very much money so I find it hard to afford good quality foods, especially high priced protein. But I really would like a buddy that I can motivate, and can motivate me, because I am definitely a social eater-- even if I am not hungry, I never turn down midnight ice cream runs!

The dining hall is my best friend when it comes to veggies, and my worst when it comes to ice cream. I really want to be able to just say no. :)

I am ready to find my twin! Feel free to send me a message.
