Hi <3  I'm currently in college and gained a lot of weight there.  Recently I've gone from 170 to 140.5 and am pretty proud of it...but I want to lose more in order to actually be within the health range [right outside my healthy BMI with 25 :(]

Hi, my name's Jas, I live in England and though I don't eat too much junk food I eat when I'm not hungry and when I'm bored/depressed and I think I eat too much rice (what my mum cooks a lot.) I just generally like food too much and it doesn't help that I put on weight really easily. I've tried diets before but as soon as a make a tiny slip up, I lose hope and give up. Hopefully I'll be able to keep it off this time. Here are my stats =]

I'm just at the beginning of my weight loss journey. I used to be 120lbs but I let myself go and I shouldn't have. Emotionally and habitually bad eater, mostly. I'm slowly starting to love and accept myself, though. If I don't do that first, then nothing will change for me.

I'm doing Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and I watched "The Secret" and it really turned things around for me!
