You can either send them a message, reply to their post, or post in their journal if they have one. If there are other members that are like you, you can always create a group (a new thread with your group name) and chat away.
ARE THERE ANY RULES OR REGULATIONS?

Goal: I'd like to get down around 150, which is how much I weighed half-way through college. I was around 130 in high school, but I think that was too small...so I'm looking to be healthy and more physically fit

I'm a female who has attended college but didn't finish. I work retail and live in a small town. I have a sedentary lifestyle and am trying to change that despite there not being much to do here.
I have always been heavy and have a large frame for a girl. I started at 230 (wearing XL clothing) and had an eating disorder. I got down to 170 and wore a medium. Then when I started trying to eat healthy again, I balooned to 240 and back to XL's again.
My goal is to get back to 170 and maintain it in a healthy way this time!

I know I dont have that much weight to lose, but its extremley difficult for me to lose weight. I have a 22% bmi. I am trying to drop to a 20% bmi so I can lose fat and gain some muscle. I am looking for a buddy or twin cause I need someone to talk to about this. I dont have anyone at school, or my friends to talk to about this. They aren't interested in losing weight, so i dont think they will care, after all, they are skinnier than me... Also, I would gladly encourage anyone who becomes my buddy, since we both have goals of losing weight and could maybe relate to each others problems about losing weight.
