HOW DO I CONNECT WITH OTHER YCCers?

You can either send them a message, reply to their post, or post in their journal if they have one. If there are other members that are like you, you can always create a group (a new thread with your group name) and chat away.

ARE THERE ANY RULES OR REGULATIONS?

All posts must be within the Posting Guidelines (which can be found at the bottom of each page when you are replying). Please do not post any unhealthy goals or posts looking for others that may have an eating disorder to buddy with. This is not allowed and these posts will be deleted.

i know it is low, but i am a serious ballet student and am tired of not being taken seriously!  i want to be below normal weight but get there in a healthy way.  i also want a buddy who is reliable and will message me just about everyday because i think consistency is very crucial for success when it comes to weight loss.  if you are about in the same boat as me, please send me a message!

hi! i am taller, 5'11', and also want to lose about 20 pounds. i was very thin, about 129 poundes in january, but gained 30 pounds since my peers kept telling me to eat because i was too thin. i am a serious athelete, and i can not lose weight to quickly because i do not want to lose muscle. my problem also is that i sometimes binge. i also think it's important to stay consistent.

I'm starting college in the fall so i want to work on getting in shape and living a healthy lifestyle before i take off. I'm going to school on a track and field scholarship (mainly for shot put), so i want lose weight but keep my muscle.  I'm also doing this so i can look good and feel better about myself. 2 years ago i was 30-40lbs lighter and due to stress from school and other stuff, i packed on the pounds. I'm a large framed girl so i would just like to be able to fit a size 8 again and nothing more. i really want to maintain this so i'm taking the slow and steady method!
