hi! i am taller, 5'11', and also want to lose about 20 pounds. i was very thin, about 129 poundes in january, but gained 30 pounds since my peers kept telling me to eat because i was too thin. i am a serious athelete, and i can not lose weight to quickly because i do not want to lose muscle. my problem also is that i sometimes binge. i also think it's important to stay consistent.

I'm starting college in the fall so i want to work on getting in shape and living a healthy lifestyle before i take off. I'm going to school on a track and field scholarship (mainly for shot put), so i want lose weight but keep my muscle.
