You can either send them a message, reply to their post, or post in their journal if they have one. If there are other members that are like you, you can always create a group (a new thread with your group name) and chat away.

I think i'm your twin! (except i'm 17:P)  i'm 5 foot 3 126 pounds, i really wanna be back down to 115 by New years eve, message me if you wanna be my buddy!

Goal: 135

Dream Goal: 125 (or 19-22% body fat)

Well, to start, my name is Laurelei and I am trying to lose about 30 - 40 pounds. I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, and after losing 20 pounds already this year, I'm ready to find someone else to motivate each other through even more weight loss. I would really like to find another person (my twin), female or male, with the same goals and aspirations. Time to be able to e-mail, IM, text, or even webcam each other at least a few nights during the week is ideal, in order to discuss how our diets and weekly exercise is going, or just overall how great or terrible our week of weight loss has been. Motivation, encouragement, and inspiration is the key - and I'm looking for someone who feels the same!

[Also interested in setting a small weight-loss group together for the same reasons above but, with small challenges, goals, and weigh-ins to make it fun! Message or reply back if interested.]

*I started off at 200 going into the summer after 1st year of University, now, in my last year I would love to be at 125. I have changed my lifestyle over the past 2 years (eating completely different, working out, being more positive, sleeping better, etc.), I am just stuck at 140 and would like to find anyone in the same boat!*

Im new to cc and i wanted to know if there is a tool on how many calories we should loose daily. like in a workout or something. please let me know thanks :)

I started a one week detox diet on July of this year and I lost about 5kg. Then I starved for about 2 months and lost 10kg. I had 65 kg and It went down to 50. Everybody went like WOAH you became thin!I wasn't really sure about that because I was pretty fat since the 1st grade, I never cared about that,but  this summer i took it too seriously,I was sick of comments(since I'm sort of an introverted person,I take things too much near heart).I'm too deppressed,I watch the other thinspo girls or models and just start feeling unsecure(I need a **** confidence boost!!) Plus my doctor said that im anemic and at this age i shouldn't care about calories at all.I just wish I was thinner and prettier. that's all. (oh and if anybody suffers from the same 'disease'=D let me know :) )
