YCC Find A Buddy (First Edition)
Age:21
Height: 5'7"
Starting weight: 165 ( but i am down to 162 now)
Goal: 155
dream goal: 145
I have a high muscle mass and it would be really great to find someone who has that "problem" too. But anyone who is working on losing weight would be awesome.
Age: 24
Height 5'5" (and a half inch!)
Starting Weight: 160
Goal Weight: flux between 135 and 140
Goal Size: a very comfortable Size 6, that at times can fit all my junk in a size 4 jeans.
I am in pretty good shape for someone at my weight. I like to do Yoga and pilates, weight training, and running. In 2006 I ran a half marathon and I have always struggled with weight. In college, I ballooned up to 176. My lowest weight ever was 150, but it didn’t last long. Currently, I am at a size 8 in Gap Jeans.
I'm also vegetarian, have a serious addiction to birthday cake and Cape Code Cod Potato Chips. And I LOVE Coors Light Draft!
Anyone want to buddy up?
Age: 20
Height: 5'6
Weight: around 128
Goal: 115-118
I would love a buddy with similar stats and goals as well as an exercise buddy.
If anyone would be interested, message me.
Im Nicole, I'm a recovering anorexic. I've been hospitalized 7 times, once to residential, another time at UCLA. I'm attempting recovery because it isn't in my schedule to always be in the hospital. I just need to maintain and maybe lose. But Im mostly just trying to avoid eating disorder behavior.
Everyone needs a friend. ;]
Age:16
Height: 5'4
Weight: I dont know exactly, Im not allowed to. Somewhere countering 115.
Goal: Maintain/Lose :s

I would say that if you're around 115 you definitly don't really need to lose any more. Maybe just build some muscle/tone?

Babe, if you're trying to get to 95 lbs, that's not recovery. 95 lbs at 5'2" is a BMI or 17.4, which is underweight. You should be aiming for about 110-120, meaning your current weight is just right.

111 pounds would be right on the border of underweight and healthy. You are already at a healthy weight and here at CC we promote healthy weight management. If you would like to tone, change your body composition, and do this healthily without LOSING weight then we are here for you but we cannot support unhealthy goals. If you have questions or need support feel free to PM me.

Well, toning up sounds good. Just don't know what to do :P

If you just do simple exercises using your own body weight you could get amazing results. Squats, lunges, push-ups, tricep dips, crunches, planks, bicycles, and even using soup cans to do bicep curls and other exercises would be great. just don't focus on the number because it's unnecessary since you are PERFECTLY healthy :)
Age: 15
Height: 5'2 1/2
Weight: 115
Goal: 105
GOODBYEWISHES: you're already at a perfectly healthy weight, you're only 15 and dieting will reduce the production of essential hormones that are responsible for growth and development. Dieting can decrease levels of growth hormone and cause you to not grow to your full potential,. in addition to that, your internal organs and reproductive system is still developing so you do not want to compromise that by dieting when you're already at a healthy weight. Please reconsider or talk to your doctor before attempting to lose any weight.
I don't need a weight loss buddy, but I need a self control/maintenance buddy. If you have troubles with too much dessert/ junk food, contact me. Maybe we can help each other out with having healthier lifestyles.
