Hi ladies! I'm new here and have really enjoyed reading through the threads. What a nice group of gals! ![]()
I'm in pretty good shape overall. Mostly looking to whittle away a small muffin top and some cellulite on my thighs since turning 40. I've been working out for years but have never really seen the results I'm looking for, mostly because I keep switching programs too quickly after not seeing enough fat loss, muscle gain, lost inches, etc. Stumbled across this article and, Wow! No way am I quitting this time...

I checked out the article it was interesting I'm really trying to stick to this thing but it's so hard when I know I could just cardio it up for 2 months and have my weight where I want it (I've done it before). But I'm hangin in here.
trim4ever - welcome! Thanks for the article! It was some good reading. I am sure everyone goes thru the "this is sooo hard - why am I doing this?" routine.
