You know how they say the last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose? Well, I only want to lose 10 lbs! Anyone in the same boat or have some tips?

Hey, Alyssa. If you are not overweight, why do you want to lose 10 lbs? I'm more interested in your measurements than your weght...It's that "pound of feathers vs. pound of rocks" philosophy. If you are not fat, and you lose weight---it is muscle that you are losing. And that is disasterous because if you have less muscle, it is easier to gain weight because you don't have the machinery to use fuel anymore. SO, I'm afraid if you are just losing weight to get to a magic number on the scale, it will back fire on you and when you are old like me (I'm 55) you WILL be overweight and it will be because you just wanted to be one size smaller when you were 18.
