Hey, I have joined CC as a true start for my weight loss(hopefully). I am in my final year at university and want get healthy and lose(some) weight before i have to start work.

Starting this topic to keep me on track as i have tried to lose weight many times before and failed. Lots of tips needed.

I lost 2 lbs. this week and I'm very pleased thus far with my weight loss progress. I'm hoping I can take off another 10 lbs. by June 13th, but if not I'm satisfied with what I've done so far. I know that's pushing it so I wont beat myself up if I don't.

Down 2 lbs. This is good for me considering all the Barbeque food and Alchohol I have consumed in the last 2 weeks. I tried my best not to fall off track to much. I'm back to my regular routine and I'm ready to start dropping pounds again.

I want something that will change along with me, other than the stats that I put on this forum! I am a little anxious for tomorrows weigh in, I have been slacking in the cardio the last few days.....I had my monthy visit of the month....bleck. anyways- We'll see first thing tomorrow morning!

I think I may be over my plateau!

Hi Ladies,

Last weigh in : 227 lbs.

This week: 223 lbs.

I'm down 4 lbs. this week and 3 lbs. away from my June 13th goal of 220 lbs. When I started out on April 7th, my 1st goal was to lose 20 lbs. by June 13th and since I hit the 20 lb. goal before hand I up it to 30 lbs. Now I hope to make it 32 lbs. If I don't hit that I won't be mad at all.

My next Mini Goal Weight is 214 lbs. by July 4th. Hopefully I can reach that and move on to the next goal weight of 190 lbs. by Aug. 28th. I know this may not happen but setting these goals helps me tremendously.

Hello Everyone! A little late checking in, but we have had some outrageous thunderstorms tonight.

So, this weeks weight loss may seem good, but I need a little motivation- I feel myself slipping a little bit- Although Last night I felt guilty becuase I had a couple of beers so I busted out 50 min of intense cardio, light weight lifting, stretching and crunches- Not a dry spot on my shirt!

First Goal: 199 by September 1st

Ultimate goal: 165 by Christmas 08

So, I am down 2 lbs, but I think I busted out the two pounds towards the end of the week and my weight loss is slowly declining. The last time I was trying to lose baby weight, after my first pregnancy, I plateaued at 213- I PRAY this does not happen this time!
