Hey, I have joined CC as a true start for my weight loss(hopefully). I am in my final year at university and want get healthy and lose(some) weight before i have to start work.

Starting this topic to keep me on track as i have tried to lose weight many times before and failed. Lots of tips needed.

I gained half a pound, how frustrating.  Maybe I'm NOT over my plateau.  But on the bright side, I had so many people this week tell me that I look like I lost weight and I bought my first size 12 jeans!  I haven't ever worn a 12 jean in my adult life!!!  Little victories, little victories.

Hi, I'd also like to join you.  I am 33yo, 5'8.  Starting weight 223, now at 219. My first goal is also to lose ten lbs with my final weight at 160.  I know we can do this!

Hey Ladies!

 

Missed weigh in yesterday because my SCALE BROKE...ahhh, I wonder what that was saying. Actually, my friend and I were getting outrageous readings, down 10 lbs one day and up 5 the next. So, I have purchased a new scale, and I like this one better because it weighs you at .2lbs not just .5.....now I will be able to see even the smallest loss.

 

However, the downfall of this weigh in, lets just say that motivation never occured and I had a wedding and some other crazy stuff this week so........the numbers are as follows

I lost 1 lb. But this is great because I was horrible all weekend long. Friday I took my son to Sesame Place and ate everything I wasn't supposed to like cotton candy, popcorn and burgers with fries. I loved every minute of it. LOL LOL.

I've been at a plateau for almost 6 weeks now, up and down, up and down.  This week it got way too frustrating.  I went on a week-long binge.  I ate everything that I've been depriving myself of for 4 months.  I'm back on the wagon now. 

Weigh in day 6-24-08

Start: 245lbs

Last week: 214lbs

This week: 213lbs

First goal: 200lbs

Ultimate goal: 130lbs

 

So I think ive crashed, Iv had a rough week, I completely went of diet and just binged, its awful, I dont know what got into me! Very depressing week, alot of alcohol, But I still managed to lose a whopping 1 pounder! So im getting back on track and getting focused again wish me luck!

Hey, just wondering if I'm too late to join.  I just signed up for CC a week ago today.  I've been trying to eat better for awhile now but I guess I was doin somethin wrong cause my clothes still didn't fit.  But CC has already helped.  I've lost like 3 pounds since last Tuesday!!!  I almost fainted when that number came up!!  lol  Well, hope its ok and good luck!!!

Hey Everyone, its Thursday, I know....a few days late. It seems like we all struggled this week. I have not lost anything in the past 6 days, my friend seems to think its water weight because every day I am up and down. Its been crazy stressful, drank too much Friday, felt awful Saturday, ran around like a lunatic all week getting the oldest to camp and keeping the little ones occupied for three hours. I have been walking and getting a lot of exercise, I think I have just lost the combination of food and exercise to make the difference. So I guess we'll post this weeks results, although a few days late, its nice to know we are all working harder this week.

Got back on track after my bad week but its still very frustrating.  I can't get under 190 for my life.  All I want is to see an eight after the one.  This weekend is going to be tough because of the holiday and I have friends coming down to stay with me.  I hope I have the stregnth not to drink and make good food choices, that being said my goal this week is not to gain.

I'd like to join in as well.

I started a diet about 6 months ago and dropped 15 but then subsequently had two pregnancies and losses which made me go off my diet. I started again recently. Here are my stats:

Recent starting weight: 208 (June 24)

Current Weight: 205.5

First Goal: 185
