Im 5' 3 and weighs 118lbs... I have lost all my baby weight 22 lbs But i was about 5-6 lbs over my ideal weight n thats what im fighting now! i know it sounds vain but the reason i need to lose the weight is because non of my jeans fit n i cant afford new clothes right now cause im not working...
Ever since i had my son in the begining of aug i have been sooo hungry! im bf so i know thats why, but its frustrating cause it feels like i cant control my hunger.. I was super healthy during my pregnancy... i ate alot of lean protien, whole grains, veggies n fruit! After my boy was born i fell of the wagon! I had a big ice cream bender n then a chocolate bender! The only reason i havent gained a bunch of lb is thanks to breastfeeding! I have been pretty good at exercising, going for walks n i have been lifting light weights.. But im no where near my old work out routine.
Me n my husband started swimming this week so hopefully we will be able to keep doing that 2-3 days aweek! i have an elliptical machine in the basement that im planning to move up to the living room so i will have easier access to it... im very frustrated about my eating habbits so im so tempted to try diet pills but im not doing it cause my son comes first n i want to give him the best n that is being breastfed right now! Is anyone else in the same boat as me when it comes to eating?
YES! i'm in the exact same boat, but i just started my weightloss plan. I heart chocolate and cheeseburgers!!! everyday it is so hard to keep from going to wendy's but i am doing ok with my diet thank God!!! way to go btw!
