2 Eggo Chocolate Chip Waffles

Extra Large Orange Smoothie (it made four servings but I have no way to store it and didn't want to waste 1 full servings down the sink)

Your breakfast sounds perfect - i would do that because I don't usually get to eat a good lunch.

-Wheat toast with sugar free raspberry jam

-Eggbeaters cooked with olive oil

-Golden delicious apple

-Green tea

yeah I usually have pretty have that everyday, except I usually choose the bagel or the breakfast sandwich.  Today I woke up and wanted it all, fortunately didn't fill me to the point of hurting, but I am pretty full...

Shredded wheat & bran cereals with mangos & strawberries inside with almond milk and coffee: 369 calories!!! I always have the same breakfast with changes in fruits... LOOOOVVE breakfast!

2 egg omelette with a slice of fat free cheese melted in the middle of it. Top it off with salsa and a slice of toast with a little smear of butter.

Yum

i usually have a spinach, turkey and cheese omelette with a yogurt mixed with fruit on the side.. but today i was really craving some comfort food! so i had:

a big/warm bowl of oatmeal mixed with raw nuts, raisins, a sliced banana and cinnamon powder.

yummm Smile

A bowl of oatmeal with walnuts and  dates.

With 6oz of yogurt, some strawberries, and Stevia.

Oh, and OP, how does that peanut butter compliment the blueberry bagel? :)

I love peanut butter on a blueberry bagel :) I just love bagels in general though

Today I had a bowl of wheaties with fat free lactaid milk and a whole wheat bagel with natural chunky PB - it was a BIG breakfast day, I usually just have  bowl of total with fat free lactaid milk or kashi heart to heart or kashi golean. I prefer a bigger lunch though (sandwich, salad, and fruit)

To the OP: How many calories is that?? It looks like 1000!

the OP needs, to gain, his calorie intake is right on...good job OSAINTO!! sounds delicious!!

Oh I'm sorry I didn't realize - that's a perfect big breakfast for a weight gainer :)

Oh man, reading all these posts is making me wish I had time for a bigger breakfast. I usually just have a bowl of cheerios with skim milk. If I have them in the house, I like slicing up a banana or berries in it and a hard boiled egg.

Unfortunately we're out of eggs, berries and bananas right now. :P It was snowing, so I couldn't go to the store

I had a small strawberry-banana smoothie and scrambled eggs made with one whole egg plus two whites -  really hit the spot after a long run this morning!

*mouth waters* Money mouth

Well today I had...

  • Banana Oatmeal pancakes with almond butter
  • Fresh strawberries
  • An egg white omlette with black pepper

600 calories of awesomeness. Tomorrow I'm swapping my pancakes for blueberry "muesli" with AB again of course. ^_^ I always have the same amount of calories, but I have been switching up the "main course" latley. Heheh. Breakfast wraps with eggs, turkey bacon, and veggies are good too!
