Yummy 120 calorie, high protein snack

3 hard boiled eggs; cut in half, discard 2 yolks

1 slice deli thin turkey-cut into 6 pieces

salt & pepper

cayenne pepper

Break yolk into pieces and evenly place into egg whites.

Place turkey on top of egg whites, sprinkle with s&p and cayenne pepper.

120 calories

12g protein
