This is such a great treat, and a low-cal one!
You just take a sugar-free fudgesicle, put it in a bowl, and microwave it for a few seconds to easily remove the stick. Then you top this with some sugar-free fat-free cool whip and, if you can afford the calories, mix in some peanut butter as well. Just mush it all together to reach the desired consistency, and microwave more if you like. YUM! Tastes like a mud pie to me!

Fudgesicle: 40 calories
Two tbsp cool whip: 15 calories
One tbsp peanut butter: 96 calories

And it is to die for, trust me!

I'm going to go buy some fudgesicles tomorrow! I am always looking for a way to fit a little chocolate into my meal plan! Thanks!
Hmmm...I have all those things-even PB2 which will make it lower in calories yet. Sold!
