Yummy Dessert for only 128 Calorie's!!

I just had the most filling and YUMMY desert for only 128 Calorie's.

I used 100 Cal weight watches Yogurt (but you can use any brand with 100 Cal,

1/2 cup of blueberries 13 Calories

2 tbs cool whip FREE 15 Calories

Very filling and it's away for me to get in my milk which I have a hard time doing!

Wow..cranberries sound good too! And also strawberries!
Well, 1/2 cup of bluberries is closer to 42 calories or so, but that makes the dessert just under 160, which still isn't bad! (Then again, I'm a nit-picker)
I did something similar awhile ago - one tub of unsweetened natural fatfree yoghurt (80 cals), half a cup of sliced up fresh strawberries, and one level teaspoon of sugar (15 cals) to take the edge off the yoghurt. Yum!

Sorry about that,  I actually had 17 blueberries which is 13 calories!

That sounds so good. And Blue Berries are such a great source of folic acid! Hey, Dannon Light and Fit is even lower in calories than Weight Watchers I think.
