I just made a yummy dessert (on accident!) that i'd like to share!!!

Take some frozen fruit (i used 2/3 c. strawberries and 2/3 c. rhubarb), 3/4 c. light vanilla soymilk, and a packet of sweetener, and blend it up (or use a magic bullet if you've got it). Then put it in the freezer for a few mins. then enjoy! It's creamy and fruity, like frozen yogurt!

I'm going to try it right now! no, seriously I am. Only I'm using regular milk instead of soy because I don't have soy. I neeeedd something sweet to eat or I'm going to go crazy.

enjoooyyy!!!!

Last time I tried this with soy milk and fruit it ended up just being soymilk with fruit at the bottom. No matter how well I blended it, it wouldn't stay mixed. :(
