1  6 oz container of plain or vanilla yogurt  80 cal

1 100 cal pack oreo or chips ahoy  100 cal

1 package single serve sugar free choc mix powder  8 cals

mix the choc milk power with yogurt and dip the 100 cal cookies in it.

YUMMY!!!

It really knocked out the choc craving for 188 cals.

Gosh. I just had a bunch of watermelon and pineapples but now after reading your snack creation I am hungry all over again. Will try to make this as soon as I get back home tonight.
