I know I posted this before, but I just wanted a straight answer. Are the drinks that have the "zero calorie" claim, truly zero calorie? or is it like the supposedly zero calorie butter?

i ask this because my Vintage Fruit Refreshers bottle has the lable "sugar free, caffeine free, calorie free". Are they lying?

I don't think any of them are zero calorie? Diet coke has 1.1 calories, I always wonder if you could live off diet sodas and diet jello and lose weight?
