Zesty Grilled Cheese Recipe

Adapted from Kraft Kitchens. I cut the cheese amount in half. 2 slices whole wheat bread, American Cheese, roasted red peppers or one slice fresh tomato, dried basil leaves, or dried oregano, MIRACLE WHIP Dressing cvt

Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat bread
21 g (1 slice) Kraft 2% American cheese singles (99795)
2 tbsp roasted red peppers (11916), chopped or one slice fresh tomato
1/8 tsp dried basil leaves, or dried oregano
1 tbsp Original MIRACLE WHIP Dressing (4018)
Directions
  1. COVER 1 of the bread slices with cheese slices and peppers; sprinkle with basil. Top with remaining bread slice.

  2. SPREAD outside of sandwich with dressing.

  3. COOK in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
