- COVER 1 of the bread slices with cheese slices and peppers; sprinkle with basil. Top with remaining bread slice.
- SPREAD outside of sandwich with dressing.
- COOK in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
