Zombie Diet - opinions?
Breakfast: brains
Lunch: brains, side of calf, knee
Dinner: More human brains!
Also, the zombie diet requires that you run everywhere for your food. Okay, you actually run down your food. Or, you could walk slowly mumbling "brains...BRAINS!" with a glazed over, undead look to you. I think that the best way to get this going is to NOT write a book about it, but simply run around, biting people and in turn pass on my "craving" for fresher, free-range food.
Unfortunately, I cannot find anything on the calorie content of knees, brains or sides of flesh. Help me out here.
LOL! *falls off the couch laughing*
I must say that if you did decide to write that book it would probably be a best seller ;)
Why would this be a high-fat diet? From what I hear, there's not a lot of fat in the human brain. And as long as you didn't eat the omentum or anything like that . . .
Hey! I know you're not knocking my diet! I lost 60 lbs. on this diet.. true, it's cause a hunter came and chopped off one of my arms, but.. 60 lbs. is 60 lbs!
Besides, it's not JUST Brain and Offal.
Why, just this morning, I had a Brain Omelet. Brain, Eggs, a Sprig of Parsley and a little olive oil. Delicious! :D
And for lunch, Brain stew!
I'm sure brain calories would be comparable to beef brains, right? :)
3 oz. 125 calories. Make sure you bring your food scale with you.
I'm thinking of trying the new vampire diet. It's a bit sexier and involves flying, so that sounds more up my alley.

Haha! Can you imagine the angry letters I'd get? Who would write the endorsements on the back cover? ; )
Asia Argento? Danny Boyle? They're both pretty fit. By the way, what was the movie that sparked this lovely idea, and were you snacking on anything at the time?
That, and one of the side effects includes an ever-so-slight sensitivity to sunlight so those on this diet do tend to be deficient in Vitamin D. If they're not poofing into dust.
:D
Actually, I was eating when I read this and it made me not want to eat so much. :P
lol
Or should that be, the undead?
Is my sodium intake too low?
You have nothing to worry about because sodium deficiency is extremely rare. In fact, there is not even an recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA... Read more
