So, I got this diet idea from one of my favorite movies. It's somewhat similar to Aktins, good iron and enzymes, but all the food is very fresh, "not caged" if you know what I mean, but the protein and fat content is high.
Breakfast: brains
Lunch: brains, side of calf, knee
Dinner: More human brains!
Also, the zombie diet requires that you run everywhere for your food. Okay, you actually run down your food. Or, you could walk slowly mumbling "brains...BRAINS!" with a glazed over, undead look to you. I think that the best way to get this going is to NOT write a book about it, but simply run around, biting people and in turn pass on my "craving" for fresher, free-range food.
Unfortunately, I cannot find anything on the calorie content of knees, brains or sides of flesh. Help me out here.

would blood be considered a condiment? Would it be OK, like yellow mustard, or bad, like mayo?

This is hilarious... although, I have cholesterol concerns. Don't organ meats have a lot of cholesterol? :-(
Oh... heh heh (self-consciously)... I just realized if I eat that way, I probably don't have a heart beat... :-/
Love that zombie food pyramid!

I wonder if human brains have the same amount.

I'm a vegetarian, i don't think this diet would work for me :(
Can i be a retarded Zombie who staggers around groaning and eating radishes?
