Day 3 of the Zone/Paleo/Block Diet- suggestions?
I am a small female on 2 block meals 5 times a day. I am on my 3rd day and it isn't so bad so far, but I can tell that I am going to get tired of eating the same stuff all the time. Anybody have suggestions for a yummy carb 40%, protein 30%, fat 30% meal?

hmm heres a couple, not sure exactly what they come out too % wise
Large salad with greens/mushrooms/tomatos/peppers/celery/carro ts topped with either grilled chicken or tuna and hard boiled egg, avocado and beans! I use a balsamic vinegar to dress it.
2 whole wheat bread with avocado, tomato and grilled chicken (honey mustard dressing or whatever you like
Tofu and Broccoli/carrots (or watever veg u like) steamed with a sweet potato on side
