sauted zuchinni with onion and parmesan cheese
| 4 | ounces sliced zucchini |
| 1 | tbsp onion |
| 1 1/2 | tsp olive oil |
| 1 | tsp parmesan cheese |
| 1 | tsp basil |
| 1/8 | tsp salt |
| 1/8 | tsp pepper |
- slice zucchini and onion
- heat olive oil in saute pan
- saute onions and zucchini with basil and salt and pepper
- add a tbsp water to pan and cover with lid
- let zucchini steam until desired tenderness
