low-fat, light soup

Ingredients
4 zucchini
4 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 onion
Directions
  1. sautee zucchini in olive oil

  2. puree cooked zucchini

  3. add chicken broth

  4. mix in blender/food processor

  5. add water to desired consistencya

  6. add salt to taste
