Zucchini Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1 small tomato
2 medium zucchini
3 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tbsp vinegar
2/3 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp basil
1 dash salt
Directions
  1. mix vinegar, olive oil, and seasonings

  2. chop tomato, zucchini, tomato and add to mixture

  3. allow to marinate for an hr

  4. then serve with or without pasta

  5. OR spread on pan and roast in oven at 450 for 20 min. stirring every now and then
